Acceptance of Terms

By accessing RentToB, you agree to these terms. RentToB is a marketplace connecting landlords and tenants — we are not a party to any rental agreement between users.

Platform Use

Landlords are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Tenants are responsible for reviewing listings carefully before booking. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Fees

RentToB charges an 8% service fee on completed bookings. Listing is free. No subscription or upfront costs.
